- Expertise: work experience in retail analytics (FMCG) from 2 years. You understand turnover, service level and ABC analysis not in theory, but in practice;
- Technology: Excel level expert(Power Pivot, Power Query, DAX, complex data arrays). Experience with BI systems (Power BI/Tableau) or SAP will be a significant advantage;
- Education: higher education (economics, cybernetics, statistics). You can see logical connections where others see just numbers.
- Soft skills: diplomacy. As a CSO analyst interacts with many departments and divisions, it is important to be able to argue his recommendations.
Your tasks:
- Assortion management: monitoring the efficiency of the format, preparing reasonable recommendations for product rotation (introduction/removal of items);
- Control of product flows: in-depth analysis of balances, prevention of shortages (out-of-stock) and surpluses (overstock) in shopping centers;
- Forecasting: participation in sales planning and preparation of weekly/monthly reports for management;
- Search for growth points: analysis of receipts, customer behavior in the "Express" format and development of proposals for increasing margins.
