AB Metal Group National Company invites to the team of 1C experts an analyst, with the functions of a project manager, with whom we will be able to achieve more together on mutually beneficial terms.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a 1C/BAS analyst or consultant (from 2 yearsmandatory).
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of one of the typical configurations: UTP, UPP, BAS ERP.
• Understanding business processes: accounting, management, financial accounting(required).
• Sufficient knowledge in several subject areas: accounting, production management, supply and inventory management, trade management.
• Experience in implementing and supporting accounting systems.
• Ability to analyze changes and their impact on the system.
• Experience in functional testing, working with large volumes data.
• Skills in writing technical documentation and instructions.
• Experience in setting tasks for developers and monitoring execution.
• Responsibility, communication, ability to work in a team.
• Ability to effectively structure work and set priorities.

What needs to be done:

• Analyze the business processes of clients, propose their optimization. and form technical tasks for programmers.
• Manage projects: plan, monitor the fulfillment of deadlines.
• Collect and analyze requirements from users, conduct interviews.
• Develop optimal solutions for automation of accounting processes.
• Set up refined 1C/BAS configurations.
• Coordinate the development process: task control, interaction with business users and developers.
• Test implemented solutions and ensure their further support.
• Create technical documentation: instructions, user stories, test cases.
• Train users, advise them regarding functionality.
• Identify and analyze user errors, work with feedback.
• Describe company business processes
• Communicate with internal teams and external contractors.
