• Studies and formalizes the current business processes of the enterprise, determines requirements for automation
• Participates in the implementation of accounting automation systems, including configuration, testing and launch
• Provides consultation and technical support to system users
• Trains company employees on the use of new systems
• Interacts with by the IT department for solving technical issues and optimizing system operation, setting business tasks regarding automation
• Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation in an up-to-date state, regarding system settings, procedures and instructions for users
