The European company PZU, one of the leaders in the insurance market in Ukraine, invites an Analyst to work.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• presentation skills;
• experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas for working with arrays);
• understanding of Power Pivot and Power Query;
• Power BI (understanding of principles of building data models, basics of DAX).

Main duties:

• formation and summarization of regular reporting on the Company's performance and key sales indicators;
• preparation of analytical materials on accrued premiums, planned indicators and dynamics of division and channel efficiency of sales;
• preparation of forms and reports for planning sales of insurance services, monitoring their implementation;
• formation of reports to assess the effectiveness of sales of structural units, which is the basis for further accrual of motivational remuneration;
• preparation of consolidated reporting for the main areas of sales and channels of sale of insurance products;
• providing information support for management decisions, projects and programs of the Company;
• preparation of other analytical and informational materials according to the needs of the Company and management tasks. stable European company;
• work schedule from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00;
