Analyst in SKYHUB

SKYHUB is the largest military Ukrainian military marketplace.

The company develops its own production of Warmax - drones, antennas, REBs, cables, fiber optic modules, is also a direct supplier of Avenge Angel and Alientech in Ukraine.

Functional duties:

• Collection, processing and analysis of data from various sources
• Preparation of analytical reports, dashboards and analytical conclusions for the team
• Identifying regularities, trends and anomalies in the data
• Forming recommendations for improving the product, marketing or business processes
• Monitoring key indicators (KPI) and promptly informing about changes
• Participating in planning, forming hypotheses and testing them on the basis of data
• Working with large data sets, ensuring their quality and integrity
• Interaction with marketing, product, sales and finance
• Documentation of data sources, calculation logic and methodologies

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in analyst positions (data, business, marketing or product analytics)
• Ability to collect, structure and analyze data
• Understanding the basic principles of analytics, metrics and KPI
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
• Basic or confident SQL level
• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
• Analytical thinking, attention to details
• Ability to form sound conclusions and recommendations
• Communication skills and the ability to explain the complex in simple words

• Work in the office (location - Olimpiyska, Kyiv)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (after Tues, a hybrid is possible)
