what you will do:

• Analyze Customer Requests for B2B Cabinet, Register Typical problems and initiate their solutions. Analytical reports and proposals for functionality development.
• Advise clients on access, authorization, interface and settings.
• Maintain interaction with developers, testers and business analysts.
• Register Bagues in Jira, coordinate their removal.
• Create instructions, video lessons and other teaching materials. /ul>

  What we expect:

  • experience in technical support, client service or accompanying B2B clients (1 year).
  • Knowledge of the specifics of serving corporate customers in the B2B segment.
  • Basic knowledge SQL and experience in database. /
  • Ability to work with tools for creating video instructions (LOOM, CAMTASIA, OBS).
  • The experience of interaction with developers and testers.
  • English - at the level of reading technical documentation.
