It is important for the company:

• Knowledge of EXCEL at a high level, knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with BI systems (Power BI, QlikView, SAP) and online survey platforms SurveyMonkey, Zoho survey, etc. will be an advantage;
• Ability to work with arrays of data;
• Attention, responsibility, developed time management skills.

Tasks that will appear before you:

• Deep study of customer behavior, feedback on communications (channels, content);
• Segmentation of the customer base;
• Evaluation of the potential of each segment and participation in the development of targeted CRM campaigns;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of each advertising campaign or with the client base;
• Working with the database (formation of samples according to the set criteria for activities and communications, generating reports on activities, preparing a technical description and setting up promotions, testing the work of advertising companies/promotions).
