Primary tasks: operational work, daily tasks of operations support (registries, 1C, client bank) in accordance with configured processes.

Who are we looking for?

You will need:

• Fluency in Excel, 1C, client bank systems, desired knowledge in the field acquiring.

What will you do:< /strong>

• conducting bank statements in 1C for supported transactions;
• reconciliation of transaction registers with acquiring banks: finding discrepancies through Excel formulas or processing, understanding the cause of discrepancies, setting tasks to tech support for correction;
• sending verified registers to acquiring banks, communication regarding the exchange of registers;
• formation of transactions in the accounting system, understanding and control of the correctness of the display on accounting accounts;
• preparation of daily payments to partners;
• filling in counterparty cards;
• participation in optimization, improvement of operational processes, gradual; involvement in project for businesses and other new projects.
