Company "Retail&Development Advisor"(RDA) is a Ukrainian consulting company that provides full a complex of services in the field of retail and commercial real estate. Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a candidate for the position"Analyst"

Key skills and experience:

< li>Advanced Excel proficiency: Skilled in pivot tables, formulas, and VPR functionality.
• Retail or shopping center experience: Hands-on understanding the specifics work in retail chains or shopping centers, which allows effective analysis of the real estate market.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Market research: Conducting regular analyzes of the commercial real estate market based on team requests, monitoring industry news and media resources, updating the information base.< /li>
• Maintenance of the database: Structuring and constant updating of the database regarding trading areas and other relevant information.
• Formation of reports: Preparation of standard monthly and quarterly reports, prompt creation of new reports on request using databases and additional materials .
