Analyst in HR Compass group

Main duties:

• Preparation of regular reports and analytical presentations for management;
• Formation of sales plan/fact (monthly, quarterly , annually);
• Participation in the optimization of planning and analytical processes to improve the efficiency of the department;
• Participation in the development of analytical reporting forms division;
• Coordinating the work of the sales department;
• Participating in meetings, keeping minutes;
• Monitoring the implementation of plans, compiling sales ratings by managers.

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Experienceas an Analyst or Data Analyst will be an advantage, particularly with experience analysis works sales;
• Knowledge of Excel and 1C at a high level (working with pivot tables, large data arrays, knowledge of logical and text functions);
• Excellent skills in data analysis and drawing conclusions;

• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• A confident user of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions and adhere terms.
