Key skills and experience:

< li>Advanced Excel proficiency: Skilled in pivot tables, formulas, and VPR functionality.
• Retail or shopping center experience: Hands-on understanding the specifics work in retail chains or shopping centers, which allows you to effectively analyze the real estate market.
• English language at the A2+ level: Ability to work with English-language materials, which allows you to conduct business correspondence and perform analysis according to international sources.
  
  

Duties:

• Market research: Conducting regular analyzes of the commercial real estate market based on the team's requests, monitoring industry news and media resources, updating the information base. relevant information.
• Formation of reports: Preparation of standard monthly and quarterly reports, prompt formation of new reports on request using databases and additional materials.
