Analyst in SPOTEKS TREYD, TOV

Our company SPOTEX TRADE is actively looking for a Database Analyst.

- Organization and control of work on the accounting of incoming primary documentation of the department (contracts, applications, invoices, acts, TTN/ZHDN).< /p>

- Analysis of registers for loading and unloading.

- Control of registers for payment of the department (acceptance of invoices for completed shipments).

- Control of payment terms according to the contract.

- Interaction with other departments to ensure accuracy and relevance of data.

- Internal reporting to management.

< strong>You are definitely our candidate if you have:

- Higher education or you are a student of the last courses in the field of logistics, economics, accounting.

- Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more (field of agriculture - preferably). 

- Skills in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, data processing in Power Query) - mandatory.

- Ability to work in 1C (preferred).
