Ukrainian non-product FMCG company "Sabrise" — the market leader in the categories of insect repellants and shoe cosmetics and accessories is looking for a specialist on position of Analysis and Forecasting Manager.
The purpose of the position -Analysis of the company's work - economic efficiency and consistency between all departments of the company. span>
Processes responsible for:
Operational planning process support - Administration, adjustment of models
Participation in business planning - cooperation with marketing, procurement, finance departments
Building models for evaluating the efficiency of procurement and logistics, the impact of various factors on the economic efficiency of all company departments
Formation of internal reporting at the request of management.
Factor analysis of sales budget implementation (revenue)
Participation in the development and implementation of internal documents, methods of analysis, indicators for measuring the effectiveness of the CFS activity
Development of recommendations on process optimization, implementation of effective tools and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of management accountingy
Personal qualities:
Seeing business as a system, understanding relationships

Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
Attention to details, causal relationships
Analytical abilities
Professional skills:
FMCG experience or experience as an economist in a manufacturing business preferred
Experience in analyzing indicators and compiling analytical reports
Experience in developing business plans and budgets, building scenarios and forecasts
Experience of close cross-functional interaction with marketing, procurement, finance, production
Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level will be an advantage
Terms:
Five-day working week: 9:00-18:00
Working in an office in the city of Kyiv, 12b Ihorivska St.
