Currently a 7-digit Amazon seller with bestsellers and 20–30% margins, we’re scaling fast toward 8 digits. Our main focus is the EU market, with growing sales in the U.S. and plans to launch in Japan. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Account & Product Manager with over 3 years of hands-on experience in the e-commerce and Amazon Private Label (PL) sectors. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in product development, listing optimization, and performance marketing across global Amazon marketplaces including the US, UK and the EU.

Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Develop and launch new products, scale existing product lines, and optimize product performance. Grow product revenue continuously.

  • Amazon Account Management: Oversee account health, monitor KPIs, and resolve issues with Amazon Seller Support. Handle customer service and ensure positive buyer experiences.

  • Visual Content Management: Collaborate with designers to enhance A+ content and product imagery.

  • Performance Analytics: Analyze product metrics, listings, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities. Drive increases in CTR, conversion rates, and organic rankings.

  • Collaborate closely with logistics and operations to ensure optimal inventory, product research, and compliance.

  • Amazon SEO & Listing Optimization: Conduct keyword and competitor research to maximize listing visibility and relevance. Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

  • PPC Campaigns Management: Plan, launch, and scale advertising campaigns. Continuously optimize for ROI and profitability.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven ability to manage and scale Amazon businesses internationally.

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including reinstatements and case management.

  • Familiarity with Amazon guidelines and compliance rules. Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in tools related to Amazon SEO, PPC, and analytics.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced, remote environments.

  • Fluency in English, good communication skills
