American e-commerce company, founded in 2015 in Miami, which develops its own electronic brands and sells them on the largest marketplaces in the USA — Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and others — and also cooperates with one large distributor, wappoints an attentive Account Manager who will ensure the stable operation of accounts and product cards.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the correctness and relevance of product data in the marketplaces and at the distributor: cards, prices, balances and promos must be in order, and standard operating tasks must be completed in a timely manner.Main Responsibilities
Marketplace & account operations

Create and update product cards on marketplaces and Shopify.
Check the correctness of descriptions, images and technical characteristics.
Prices, promos, balances
Update prices, coupons and promos, check their correct display.
Maintain current balances based on data from logistics.
Keep promo and balance statuses in work tables.
Analytics and interaction with the team
Analyze product niches and competitors (direct and indirect) by key SKUs and categories.
Capture product submission insights and provide recommendations to the content team.
Monitor the dynamics of indicators after card updates and display them in reports.
Distributor and Communication
Create and maintain product cards at the distributor, monitor data accuracy.
Correspond with marketplaces and distributor on operational issues.
Connect new platforms as needed.
Requirements
Experience with marketplaces from1-2 years.
KnowledgeAmazon Seller Central and basic tools of e-commerce platforms.
