AirAdvisor, an international LegalTech startup operating in the EU, USA, Turkey, and Ukraine, specializing in protecting air passengers' rights in case of flight issues, is looking for a Claim Manager / Customer Support Specialist who wants to grow and is ready to learn something new.Responsibilities:claims submission to relevant airlines, tracking and follow-up communications;submitting complaints to NEB, if needed, managing communication with them;working with legal partners for claims handling and collection (LBA and in-court);managing the case progress;communications with customers and customer support.WE ARE NOT A CALL CENTER OR COLLECTION AGENCY AND ARE LOOKING FOR A TEAM MEMBER NOT FOR COLD CALLS!Requirements:Proficiency in English;Experience in customer service roles;Attention to detail and deadlines;Personal qualities: high productivity, honesty, integrity, quick self-learning, analytical and open-mindedness;Resilience to stress and readiness for overtime;Education abroad is a plus.We offer:A unique experience in an exciting role within a new innovative legal tech direction in Ukraine.Work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;Practice and improvement of your English language skills;Career opportunities in a fast-growing company, with excellent chances for career advancement;Remote work possibilities.
