About role:

We are launching a new strategic direction —the development of AI solutions to optimize the company's business processes and create intelligent tools for working with data.

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer who will help build the architecture of AI solutions from scratch, develop and implement machine learning models, and also integrate them into the company's internal systems.

This is a role for a strong engineer who understands not only machine learning algorithms, but also the full life cycle of software development and production system architecture.

The job involves close interaction with the AI Product Manager, DevOps team and technical specialists to create scalable AI solutions.

Key responsibilities and competencies:

• Design, development and deployment of AI models to solve the company's business problems
• Development and fine-tuning of large language models(LLM) for corporate scenarios use
• Construction and optimization ofRAG-architectures
• Optimization of operating speed of models (latency) and cost of requests (cost per token)
• Ensurement scalability and stability of AI services in a production environment
• Cooperation with AI Product Manager to implement functionality according to business requirements and SRS
• Cooperation with DevOps team to build and maintain MLOps processes
• Maintenance ttechnical documentationregarding solution architecture and developed code

Our ideal candidate:

• Has hands-on Python development experiencein tasks machine learning or AI
• Has practical experience withML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Has experience with LLM and understands Transformer architecture
• Has experience in fine-tuning modelsand building RAG systems
• Worked with LangChain,LlamaIndexor similar tools
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or similar)
• Understands principles of MLOps, CI/CD,experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Able to write clean, maintainable codeand document technical solutions
• Has critical thinking and is able to argue architectural solutions
• Oriented tobusiness result, not just technical implementation
• Able to work independently and without micro-management

Higher technical education (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or related fields)
