AI Implementation Specialist in KUSUM, LLC

We are looking for an enterprising specialist who will build an effective AI ecosystem within the company. Your goal is not just to "show ChatGPT", but to deeply integrate AI tools into the daily work processes of every department: from marketing and sales to HR and technical support.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyzing the current work of departments and finding "bottlenecks" that can be automated or improved with AI.
• Selection and configuration of AI solutions (LLMs, image/video generators, AI agents, automation tools).
• Implementation workshops, creating internal guides and “prompt libraries” for employees.
• Creating a policy for the safe and ethical use of AI within the company.
• Tracking new releases (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, etc.) and evaluating their benefits for our business.

Who we are looking for:

• Deep understanding of the AI landscape: you have significant hands-on experience with leading LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and understand the specifics, strengths and limitations of each model.
• Ability to formulate complex requests to obtain the ideal result.
• Ability to break down a complex business process into simple steps.
• Ability to explain complex technical things in simple language even to those who are "on your side" computer.

It will be an advantage:

• Understanding the principles of API operation.
• Experience in implementing AI chatbots for customer support.
• Skills in working with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar corporate ecosystems.
• Knowledge of automation services (Make.com, Zapier, Bubble, etc.) will be a big plus.
