At BII Research, we blend science, strategy, and technology to deliver forward-looking insights for global industries. We're now looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who thrives in the AI-first era and knows how to turn neural networks, automation, and data into high-converting leads.

If you're fluent in ChatGPT, scraping tools, machine learning models, and know your way around HubSpot or Salesforce — we want you on board.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale automated lead gen systems using GPT-4, APIs, and ML models

  • Generate 100–150+ qualified leads per day via AI-powered workflows

  • Segment audiences, run A/B tests, and improve targeting through data

  • Monitor key KPIs (conversion rates, lead quality, ROI)

  • Sync efforts with sales & marketing teams for maximum impact

  • Share insights and train internal teams on AI tools and best practices

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years in B2B lead generation using AI and automation

  • Strong hands-on experience with AI tools (OpenAI,Apollo, Claude, etc.)

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce with AI modules

  • Data-driven mindset, experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Python, etc.)n

  • Creative, proactive, and outcome-focused

Your KPIs

  • 100+ qualified leads/day with 20–25% lead-to-sales conversion

  • Reduced lead processing time through smart automation

  • Continuous improvements in targeting accuracy and ROI

  • Propose/test at least one new AI tool or automation per quarter
