AI preview designer (YouTube) in Empteam

We are looking for an AI preview designer who wants to work for US audiences, create clickbait but smart YouTube thumbnails and be part of a team working for the future of AI cinema.

Who we are

• The team that manages 100+ YouTube channels

• The main audience is the USA

• Niche: true crime, heists, documentaries, intelligence stories

• We work exclusively with the latest AI-tools

• Our big ambitious goal is to reach the creation of full-length AI-films

This is not "just preview design".
It is part of a large system of content and AI-production.

 What are you will do

• Create YouTube thumbnails using AI

• Work in a recognizable style

• Use modern AI tools

• Work with clear TOR and creative freedom at the same time

• Make previews that make you click, and not just “look good”

 What is important

• Ability to work with AI tools

• Experience or strong interest in AI design

• Understanding YouTube, CTR and visual psychology

• Ability to take responsibility

• Not afraid of new challenges and growth

• Independence + willingness to learn

 Graphic and format

• Full time

Work completely remote

• We work during the day

Pay and growth

• Rate: 18,000 UAH + bonuses

We have a lot of different jobs and directions

 Through 3-6 months is quite realistic:

• salary increase

• expansion of responsibilities

• transition to a higher position
