AI Automation Specialist (Marketing) in PrivatBank

Main duties:

Development and implementation of direct marketing communications in accordance with business goals
• Integration of AI models for increasing the personalization and efficiency of campaigns
• Automation of product campaigns, refinement of the existing logic of triggers and scenarios
• Constant refinement and optimization of the CRM system taking into account the needs of marketing and sales
• Conduct campaign analytics, performance control, preparation of dashboards and reports
• Development of communication rules based on data (triggers, segmentation, frequency, scenarios)
• Ensuring implementation of CRI by projects, adherence to deadlines and implementation quality

Basic requirements:

Higher education (marketing, management, banking or related fields)
• 3+ years of work experience in the position of Product/Project Manager in the field of marketing or related fields
• Experience of working in the banking/financial field, in particular with the promotion of Fintech products
• Experience of implementing marketing campaigns using CRM systems (for example, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bitrix24, eSputnik, etc.)
• Experience with data showcases, dashboards, reporting systems
