AI Automation in MacroGlide

We are looking for an AI Specialist / AI Content Manager to help us build and maintain an AI automation system for Instagram content. The main focus is not "generative AI for the sake of generation", but a robust content pipeline: templates from Figma > automated creation of posts/stories > video cuts from interviews via AI > fast edits and stable operation of the process.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI automations in content (pipelines, scripts, integrations).
• Understanding how to batch content for Instagram through templates and a repeatable process.
• Ability to connect automations to templates in Figma (substitution, variations, export).
• Skills for working with AI-video: cutting interviews, timings, subtitles, fast editing.
• Responsibility and speed: readiness to quickly make edits and bring the result to quality.

Working conditions:

• Part-time / project cooperation (with the possibility of expansion).
• We work "side by side" with the team: we provide templates (Figma), content tasks and direction.
• First stage — set up the system, then support, corrections, improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Set up AI content creation automation for Instagram based on our Figma templates.
• Build a pipeline for AI cutting of interviews (video format, subtitles, quick edits).
• Control the quality and stability of the process: quickly fix errors, make edits, optimize.
• Maintain the system after launch: update to new templates, tweaks, improve speed and quality.
