You will be part of a team that is open to suggestions and ideas, because the ability to implement your own ideas and implement them is our everything!

Main duties:

• Train and improve the behavior of the AI agent (dialogs, logic, reactions to the user);
• Design, implement and maintain dialogue scenarios for various user situations;
• Develop and implement sales scenarios (lead qualification, upsell, cross-sell);
• Configure and optimize prompts for LLM according to business logic;
• Work with knowledge base (FAQ, rules, services, restrictions): creation, structuring and regular updating;
• Check the quality of AI-agent answers (correctness, relevance, tone, compliance) business rules);
• Analyze errors and unexpected behavior of the agent, formulate suggestions for improvement;
• Test integration scenarios between the AI agent and external systems (API, CRM, workflow tools);
• Participate in the formation of the AI agent development strategy together with the Product Manager and ML engineers (new scenarios, metrics, priorities, experiments).

Main requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager / QA / BI Analyst or related roles;
• Practical experience working with chatbots or AI assistants (support / sales / HR / internal tools);
• Understanding the principles of LLM and AI agents (context, prompts, tools, limitations);
• Higher technical education (Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Mathematics or related fields);
• Experience with workflow tools: n8n, Zapier or similar;
• Understanding the logic of automations and integrations (triggers, actions, conditions).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with prompt engineering;
• Working with API / function calling;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to read logs / dialogs;
• Experience in HR-tech / sales / customer support.
