What We’re Looking For:

• Significant coaching experience in an agile environment. 
• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. 
• Experience in designing and moderating workshops, including virtual ones. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus. 
• Willingness to travel for business.
