If you are courageous and comfortable challenging, advising, and coaching Product Owners, Pilot Leads and Senior Leadership, and can influence mindset and behaviors, please respond.Role Location: RemoteFluent English: Mandatory You are:Both strong leaders and advocates for the adoption of Agile, Agile Coaches must be assertive about adherence to Agile processes and enthusiastic about Agile practices and their benefits. They are both educators and coaches, and thus possess great interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and a capacity to inspire and motivate. In order to stay ahead, Agile Coaches must be self-taught, and they must constantly be updating their information, attending conferences, and continuously learning.The Opportunity:Hands-on agile coaches able to drive agile adoption and organizational transformation across multiple teams organized into tribes. To include coaching of tribe design, portfolio planning, and other “agile at scale” ceremonies, artefacts, processes and practices.Experience in coaching Agile teams through the adoption of agile practices in multiple prior engagements.Experience in one or more large scale Agile transformation programs within multi- national finance organizations.Deep background in coaching and developing people and teams, influencing behavior change and establishing sustainability through cultural change.Experience coaching agile teams across business and technology, aligning teams with business KPI to drive value.What you need:Strong change agents and can influence mindset and behaviors, including those of senior leaders.Lovecoaching and supporting people to adjust to and embrace changes to their ways of working.Passionate about Agile principles and are excited to embed them across the organization.Apply innovative and creative thinking to solve problems and get things done.Intellectually curious and love learning new skills and capabilities, e.g., Agile principles.Courageous and will be comfortable challenging, advising, and coaching Product Owners, Pilot Leads and Senior LeadershipBonus points if:You have relevant Agile advanced certifications through Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, Scrum.Inc, LeanKanban University, SAFe, and Disciplined Agile ConsortiumWhat we believe:We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
