Our client is looking for an Agile Coach
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team for an enterprise client. The role requires working in the CST time zone and involves managing a team of six Scrum Masters.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Coaching and Mentoring:
Coach teams and individuals on Agile practices and principles, with a strong focus on the Scrum framework.
Foster a collaborative and safe environment that encourages open communication and problem-solving.
Guide teams towards self-organization and empower them to overcome roadblocks.
Team and Project Management:
Provide hands-on Project Management/Scrum Master experience (3-6 years), working closely with developers, product managers, and engineering teams, including leadership.
Facilitate and implement best practices for Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) to ensure smooth project execution.
Support backlog refinement and prioritization to optimize product delivery.
Organizational Development:
Assess team and organizational Scrum maturity and develop a coaching plan for continuous improvement.
Partner with product managers and engineering leadership to ensure alignment between business goals and development efforts.
Champion transparency and information flow within the team and across the organization.
Leadership and Servant Leadership:
Provide servant leadership, leading by example, and supporting team members in their growth.
Build trust, manage conflict, and drive effective decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience:
Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Proven experience managing a team of Scrum Masters.
Hands-on Project Management/Scrum Master experience (3-6 years).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to build trust, manage conflict, and drive effective decision-making.
