We are a product IT company Galaktica, working on our own products. We are currently actively scaling and, in connection with this, we are looking for a Head of Affiliates with successful experience working in a product in Tier-1 markets.
At the beginning of work in our company, you will earn from $3000, of which $2000 will be a fixed part, and you will also have a clear KPI on how to reach $6000+. In case of good results, you will be able to earn more.
Our plans for this year- increase our team of Affiliate managers by 2 people, grow by 150% in volumes of traffic while maintaining high quality, bring new partners and scale them.
What results we expect from you:
- You will constantly increase the amount of purchasing targeted traffic together with the team;
- Create a cool affiliate program;
- Find new partners;
- Find opportunities to optimize traffic from already working partners;
- You will have a team of 2 specialists, in the future you will expand it;
- Develop a reporting system for managers;
- You will control over accruals and payments to partners;
- Organize attendance at conferences.
What skills and criteria are important to us now:< /p>
- You have experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
- You have a pool of partners who can pour large volumes of traffic from: own review sites, Google Ads, Facebook ads, SEO, Email;
- Experience of working with CPL, CPC models;
- The level of spoken and written English is not less than Intermediate;
- Work experience with Affise, Binom, GA4, GTM;
- You have a clear understanding of how to identify and work with low-quality traffic.
It will be an advantage:
- Your partners have their own review sites;
- You have experience of negotiating in English and you use it freely in communication.
