The international digital holding with its own products, which daily scales traffic and partner directions in more than 100 countries of the world — from Asia and Africa to LATAM and Europe — is expanding the affiliate team.
This is a product ecosystem with built-in processes, analytics and formed teams. The affiliate direction already has scale and turnover, now the focus is on systemic growth and strengthening retention and reactivation.
We are scaling the affiliate direction and are looking for a manager who knows how to bring partners back to work and turn the inactive base into growing income.
Your area of responsibility
Working with a ready base inactive-partners
Reactivation via email / TG / CRM and other channels
Writing scripts in 2-3 touches
Identifying reasons for stopping traffic and solving them
Communication with internal teams to close partner problems
Scaling reactivated of partners
All reactivated partners remain with you
Traffic from them is your KPI
We expect:
Experience in affiliate / performance marketing from 1 year
Experience of reactivation or working with an existing partner base
Ability to work with CRM or software for mailings
Understanding key metrics: Retention, Reactivation, ROI, CR
Ability to write communication scripts and bring the partner to the result
English from B1
Independence and result orientation
