Our team is responsible for own products, user acquisition and traffic sales.

We are looking for an ambitious Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the development of the CPA direction of traffic purchases on our own products.

Your tasks:

• Development of the direction of attracting traffic on your own products;
• Finding partners among SRA networks, managing them and building long-term relationships;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• Work on the maximum increase in the volume of target traffic;
• Market research to find new ideas and approaches.
• Marketing and Analytics teams will help you to achieve the best results! And you will also see all product metrics and be able to quickly evaluate traffic performance.

We expect:

• experience in affiliate marketing in the dating niche from 1 year;
• strong communication skills;
• Experience of working under CPL, CRA models;

It is a plus if you:

• have experience working in the product;
• developed partners in SRA networks; worked with budgets exceeding $100,000/month;
• you know how to detect low-quality traffic;
