Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Medier Agency Yevhenia Zhezhko Recruitment Manager: Marketing Medier & BrainRocket 🚀 Medier is looking for Affiliate Manager with relocation to Cyprus!This role is of the highest importance to our Affiliate Program, with accountability for managing some of our biggest affiliate accounts and taking these accounts to the next level as strategic media partners.Requirements:✔️3+ years experience on the same position✔️Effective sales and negotiation skills.✔️Experience in gambling .✔️Driven and results-oriented.✔️Fluent in English.✔️Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.✔️Ability to multitask and manage priorities.✔️Perfect communication skills.✔️Ability to represent company and brands during exhibitions and all related events.✔️Ability to work to tight deadlines.✔️Deep understanding of how the gaming industry works.✔️Successful experience on Asia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Canada, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland or South Africa markets also will be a plus work experience with DACH, Nordic markets.Duties:✔️Account existing affiliate partners via email, phone, newsletters and forums to maximize revenue generation.✔️Recruit new affiliates to run CPA, RS and hybrid campaigns.✔️Negotiate terms of the deal.✔️Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.✔️Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.✔️Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.✔️Ensure affiliates commissions to be paid on-time each month.✔️Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.✔️Assist in growing existing affiliate database for maximum customer exposure.✔️Handle day-to-day communication with partners and provide appropriate affiliate support.✔️Work with the marketing services, creative and web development teams to deliver the best acquisition via affiliate sites.✔️Participate in professional exhibitions, conventions, forums and additional initiatives and meetings to increase partners’ network.✔️Develop unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters within the program✔️Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practice for affiliate marketing initiatives.✔️Create promotions and tournaments to keep existing affiliates actively promoting brands on their sites.We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:✔️Working in a dynamic European company✔️Full relocation support✔️Medical insurance✔️People-oriented management without bureaucracy✔️24 days of paid vacation✔️Friendly team✔️Sunny, spacious office✔️Lots of opportunities for education and development within the company.
