Affiliate manager in NDA

We are an international product holding, a direct advertiser that has been working on the market for more than 5 years in the Crypto and Gambling verticals 💸💱Our team consists of more than 2 thousand employees and we are always looking for talented specialists to strengthen our team!  As an Affiliate Manager with us, you will work with thousands of affiliates worldwide with two projects in the gambling and crypto verticals.  💸Main tasks: - Finding and attracting new partners, as well as supporting those operating in the Crypto and Gambling verticals, mainly according to the CPA and CPL models;  - Interaction with partners at all stages of cooperation;  - Regular analysis of the market, identification of new opportunities and trends to attract the necessary traffic;  - Cooperation with other departments;  - Visiting specialized conferences for networking.  💸What is important for us: - Understanding of the specifics of affiliate marketing and work experience from 1 year in the crypto vertical and from 3 months in gambling, because you will work with our products in these niches;  - Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level and above;  - Understanding CPL/CPA/RevShare models;  - Experience with various traffic sources.  💸We offer: - A convenient office 5 minutes from the Pecherska metro station, equipped with backup generators in case of blackouts;  - Salary above the market rate (rate from 1500 + %).  - Working schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch break, coffee breaks);  - Ability to increase your expertise, working with all geos and different payment models;  - Loyal leadership and lack of bureaucracy; - Paid vacation and sick leave.
