What to do:
- Finding new webmasters and traffic sources to build long-term relationships;
- Support of webmasters at every stage and optimization of cooperation;
- Attend conferences and industry events to represent the company;
- Analyze and optimize traffic quality;
- Negotiate and manage partner commission rates to ensure profitability and motivation;
- Reporting on the effectiveness of the work of webmasters based on the results of work;
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity;
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, track costs and ensure cost effectiveness.
What about you:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry;
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics;
- Results-oriented with an emphasis on achieving and exceeding set goals;
- Knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI);
- Knowledge of the basic terms of cooperation (RS, CPA, FIX, HYBRID);
- Own database of Ukrainian webmasters (preferred);
- Passion for closing successful deals;
- Desire to develop and reach new heights.
