At the start of work, you will receive a rate of $1400, and we will also provide a clear bonus system, thanks to which marketers earn $3000+ on average. Your KPI will be calculated in such a way that you will have no restrictions and will be able to independently influence your income. What results we expect from you: You will find new partners among webmasters, most of whom will be American and Western European; Increase the volume of purchasing targeted traffic and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; You will test new sources of traffic; You will constantly monitor the work of all involved partners and improve conversion rates, because you know exactly which source of traffic you should spend the most of your resources on; You will systematize all elements of your work so that you can scale and attract as much traffic as possible. You are our ideal candidate if: You have 1 year of experience in a product IT company, where you were looking for and developed partners who worked according to CPL, CPC models; Worked with budgets from $30k per month; You have successful experience in scaling affiliate traffic and direct contact with webmasters or network managers; You have a pool of partners who can pour large volumes of traffic from: own review sites, Google Ads, Facebook ads, SEO, Email; You have experience with Affise, Binom, GA4, GTM; You have a clear understanding of how to detect and work with low-quality traffic. It will be an advantage: You have had cases when you developed cooperation with a partner to budgets of more than $50k; Communicated directly with teams that poured traffic; You know English at the Upper-Intermediate+ level to communicate with partners.
