We have expertise iniGamingoperations (sportsbetting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager with at least 1 year of experience and an understanding of the iGaming industry.Our ideal candidate:Understands Affiliate/Performance Marketing (knowledge of main geos and rates);Knows the technical aspects of the role (tracker, postback, click ID);Has experience and a basic understanding of task management;Is productive, able to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines;Has an English level of B2;Possesses strong verbal and business communication skills;Can work with statistics and conduct basic analysis;Understands the main concepts of affiliate program management — traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, ROMI;Has a basic understanding of SEO principles;Has experience in sales or marketing. QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in a similar position;Curiosity and a constant desire to grow and learn something new;Independence, responsibility, perseverance;Results-oriented;Fast learner;Systematic and attentive to details. Additional InformationYour responsibilities:Finding optimal offers in relevant geos;Working with an existing partner database and finding new ones (communication, offer terms negotiation);Maintaining reports and providing regular updates (weekly, monthly);Working with TDS (Keitaro);Tracking and analyzing traffic metrics.
