We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our affiliate marketing program.ResponsibilitiesPublisher Management : Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate publishers within the Pay Per Call industry to expand network reach.Generate high-quality leads and qualify potential clients to drive revenue for our company.Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers.Analyze publisher performance and implement strategies for optimization.Address publisher issues and concerns promptly.Campaign and Offer ManagementDevelop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies.Research and select suitable campaigns and offers.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.Negotiate contracts and terms with affiliate partners.Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.Reporting and AnalyticsGenerate regular performance reports on key metrics.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Leverage analytics tools to make informed decisions.Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines. Monitor and enforce quality standards across campaigns and offers. Conduct regular compliance audits and take corrective actions.Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing strategies. Provide guidance and support to team members. Publisher Onboarding and Network Expansion Actively seek and onboard new publishers. Identify opportunities to expand the program's reach. Build efficient onboarding processes.Qualifications:  Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing SPECIFICALLY in the Pay Per Call industry. In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices, networks, and trends. Lead Generation skills within the PPC industry Hands on knowledge about call tracking softwares like Ringba is a plus. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in affiliate marketing tracking and reporting tools.
