What about you:

• from 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager;
• ability to negotiate at a high level and reach favorable terms of cooperation;
• good understanding of the main metrics (CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM, CPC), indicators of traffic quality and profitability;
• maintenance of excellent relations with existing and potential partners;
• understanding of the peculiarities of work on Revenue Share, CPA, Fixed and Hybrid models;
• ability to effectively work in fast-paced conditions and make quick decisions;

What to do:

• search for new partners on the Ukrainian market and building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships;
• analysis of competitive presence, monitoring of market dynamics, development of sources of customer attraction;
• connection of new partners, support of existing partners, search for scaling approaches;
• proactive influence on the product, improvement of conversion funnels;
• tracking of payback and traffic volumes, conversion rates, providing suggestions for improving partner performance;

Would be a plus:

• knowledge of the English language;
• existing base of partners on the Ukrainian market;
