We are currently looking for our ideal Affiliate Manager to join our team to achieve great results together.

What you will do:
- Maintaining the current base of affiliates (60-70% employment): development and scaling, building long-term relationships, participation in negotiations
- Attracting new partners: cold and warm hunting (warm: or resuming work with old database, or working out contacts from, for example, conferences)
- Cross-team communication with the bizdev team: working with bizdev team requests
- Company presentation at conferences, exhibitions, meetups

What is important for us:
- Work experience from 1 year in the position of Affiliate / Sales / Account / Business development manager in the field of affiliate marketing, in the igaming niche (gambling, betting)
- Experience in a CPA network (will be a big advantage), in a media buying company or a product in a similar position
- Understanding of specifics working with Tier1-3 markets
- Understanding traffic types: Fb+webview, FB+pwa, PPC Search/Discovery, ASO/ASA, UAC, email, SEO
- Understanding S2S technology < /li>
- In-depth understanding of the basic metrics of performance marketing (CR, EPC, etc.) and igaming terms (wager, baseline, mindep)
- Experience of working with the CPA model
- b> English language level B1-B2
- Sales & Negotiation skills
What will be a plus:
