Requirements: From one year of experience in a similar position (VIP Manager, Business Development Manager); Knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI, LTV); Knowledge of main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models; Skills analyze traffic; Experience working with webmasters, advertisers, affiliate programs; Fluency in English, no lower than Intermediate+; Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on analytical data; Strong communication skills and responsibility. Responsibilities: Searching for new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships; Supporting existing partners, finding approaches to increase profits with current webmasters; Helping to set up and launch affiliate links and postbacks; Analyzing the marketing performance of partners' traffic and making decisions based on these indicators; Regular trips to thematic conferences; Close communication with product and financial teams; Participation in the development of processes of the internal CRM system of partner management; Participation in the development/optimization of commission programs and analysis of their effectiveness.
