Main tasks:

• Active search and attraction of affiliates to the partner program
• Technical integrations with new partners and maintenance of already existing ones
• Monitoring performance, providing feedback and communication with affiliates
• Analysis of competitors and the ability to apply this analysis in practice to optimize the affiliate program
• Reconciliations and closing periods
• Entering reports, signing contracts
• Participation in professional conferences and meetings

It is important for us:

• 2+ years in a similar position preferably in Gambling/Betting;
• Analytical skills and ability to make data-based decisions
• Experience with CPA payment models
< li>Knowledge and ability to work with metrics (EPC, eCPM, ROI, etc.)
• Upper-Intermediate English language level +
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate.
