Affiliate Manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

The international digital holding, which works in 50 countries of the world (Europe, Asia, Africa, Latam), is looking for a team of experienced Affiliate Manager, who is an expert in establishing new partnerships and will help us increase traffic volumes.

The primary KPI of this position is to expand the partner base by finding and maintaining relationships with new and existing webmasters, their development to TOP partners.

We need people who live an active life, excellent communicators, who have the desire to work hard and develop in digital marketing

Main tasks:

- communication and negotiations with partners and attracting new ones;
- launch of advertising campaigns;
- analysis of results and their optimization (partner retention, improvement of brand position on partner sites);
- conducting internal reporting on interaction with partners.

This position is perfect for you if you:

- have 1-3 years of experience as an affiliate manager ;
- knowledge of the English language from Upper Intermediate (communication with foreign partners - correspondence, calls);
- strong analytical abilities and the ability to make decisions on based on data.
