Affiliate Manager in Traffic Factory

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1.5 years.
• Ability to work with analytical tools and SAAS platforms such as AppsFlyer, Affise and others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Excel functions for creating and maintaining reports.
• li>Understanding principles of working with partners, including tools, traffic types, fraud and terminology.
• Knowledge of key product and analytics metrics (LTV, CTR, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROI, CAC, etc.) .
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and independence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
   

Tasks:< /strong>

• Active search and launch of new partners, including technical integration.
• Support of existing partners: uploading reports, analytics, optimization, solving emerging issues, reconciliations, control of document flow etc.
• Formation and testing of hypotheses contributing to traffic growth.
• Internal reporting on partners.
• Daily monitoring of traffic volume and quality.
• li>Integration of partners: installation of Postback, integration testing, etc.
• Monitoring the activity of competitors, best cases and market dynamics.

Skills:< /strong>

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.
• Ability to work with various traffic sources and understand their impact on affiliate marketing effectiveness.
