Responsibilities:

- Supporting existing webmasters and buyers: from connecting to our partner network to daily consulting on emerging issues;

- Development of partnership relations with each of the partners: websites, buyers, advertisers;

- Webmaster: support and analysis of traffic and the efficiency of work with each offer, present new offers to the team, close the gaps;

- Buyers: present new offers to the team, work on the selection of offers if necessary;

- Conduct financial reconciliation and regular control of payments, cpa;

- Create detailed descriptions, conditions of nutra-offers for cpa;

- Technical savvy will help you solve issues much faster (tracking, macros, postbacks) ;

- Reporting, setting up automated reporting;

- Conducting month-end reconciliations, payment control;

- Ability to find an approach to any person.

- experience in finding and working with partners on international markets;

- knowledge of the features of working with various GEOs (from tier 3 to tier 1);

- understanding of the main concepts and metrics: conversion, kappa, EPC, CPA, ROI, etc;

- knowledge of various traffic pricing models (CPA, CPL, Revshare, Hybrid);

- experience working with the tracker or TDS system, partner office;

- command of English sufficient for written communication;

- ability to emerge victorious from any dispute.
