Requirements:

• From one a year of work experience in a similar position (VIP Manager, Business Development Manager);
• Knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI, LTV);
• Knowledge of the main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models;
• Ability to analyze traffic;
• Experience working with webmasters, advertisers, partner programs;
• Fluency in English, not lower than Intermediate+;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on analytical data;
• Strong communication skills and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Finding new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships;
• Support of existing partners, search for approaches to increase earnings with current webmasters;
• Help in setting up and launching affiliate links and postbacks;
• Analysis of indicators of marketing efficiency of partners' traffic and decision-making based on these indicators;
• Regular trips to thematic conferences;
• Close communication with product and financial teams;
• Participation in the development of processes of the internal CRM system of partner management;
• Participation in the development/optimization of commission programs and analysis of their effectiveness.
