Requirements:

- Knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI, LTV);
- Knowledge of the main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models;
- Ability to analyze traffic;
- Experience working with webmasters, advertisers, partner programs;
- Fluency in English, not lower than Intermediate+;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on analytical data;
- Strong communication skills and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Finding new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships;
- Support of existing partners, search for approaches to increase earnings with current webmasters;
- Help in setting up and launching affiliate links and postbacks;
- Analysis of indicators of marketing efficiency of partners' traffic and decision-making based on these indicators;
- Regular trips to thematic conferences;
- Close communication with product and financial teams;
- Participation in the development of processes of the internal CRM system of partner management;
- Participation in the development/optimization of commission programs and analysis of their effectiveness.
