Affiliate Manager in TrueGroup

We are currently on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as an Affiliate Manager. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our partner program.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Creating proposals for cooperation and negotiate with partners
• Supporting partners effectively through the entire life cycle
• Be responsible for the retention and motivation of existing partners, which includes: developing unique offers for different segments, creating a loyalty system for the potential profitable partners
• Controlling the quality of posted materials from affiliates
• Working with data that you will collect from existing partners and use it to create a reporting system and design the strategy to improve all crucial indicators
• Identification and further development of the best partners
• Increasing the flow of customers to the product sites
• Building trustworthy communication with key partners daily
• Maintaining established KPI by the number of new clients
• Working with CRM to maintain all contacts

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• If you have experience in affiliate marketing or working in the iGaming industry, it'll be a plus
• English level upper intermediate or higher
• Experience working with CRM systems
• You'll need the ability to analyze, and identify effective traffic funnels
• We are expecting you to put literate TT to developers and designers
• You'll have to be able to consider the effectiveness of the actions (KPI)
• We expect you to have strong organizational and time management skills
• Your soft skills, as well as negotiation skills, should be top-notch
