About you:

• From 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI, LTV);
• Knowledge of the main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models;
• Ability to analyze traffic;
• Experience working with webmasters, advertisers, affiliate programs;
• Free command of the English language, not lower than Intermediate+;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on analytical data;
• Strong communication skills and responsibility.

What you will do:

• Search for new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships;

• Supporting existing partners, finding approaches to increase profits with current webmasters;
• Assisting in setting up and launching partner links and postbacks;
• Analysis of indicators of marketing efficiency of partner traffic and decision-making based on these indicators;
• Regular trips to thematic conferences;
• Close communication with product and financial teams;
• Participation in the development of processes of the internal CRM system of partner management;
• Participation in the development/optimization of commission programs and their analysis efficiency.
