Affiliate manager in Biznes Pozika, TOV

We are looking for a talented Affiliate manager to join our team. Our company is a leader in the lending market for small and medium-sized businesses and has great potential for growth.

You will:

• Participate in the development of a marketing strategy;
• Analyze the market of competitors / own placements;
• Monitor the performance of all partners involved, to improve existing deals to increase profitability;
• Regularly review affiliate campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and ensure profitability;
• Search for new partners according to internal requests, their integration and further analysis of statistics;
• Form analytical tools (reports and dashboards) on key business indicators;
• Monitor KPI effectiveness and provide detailed information on the dynamics of key business indicators;
• Communicate with CPA networks and existing webmasters;
• Run promos promotions among webmasters and CPA partners.

We expect you to:

• you already have experience in the position of Affiliate Manager, partner CPA networks from 1 year;
• you know what postback is and how it works, and other terminology of the partner digital marketing market
• you understand the specifics of the online lending business
• you know monetization models (CPA, CPL - and what they are influences)
• you understand the customer's journey - from the first visit to the site to a repeat loan
• you understand different types of traffic (SEO, PPC, Media Buying).
• you use and set up the necessary tools for working with partners (affise, etc.)
• know how to analyze traffic and the experience of using Google Analytics

We would be delighted if you:

• you already have experience working as a robot in financial companies;
• worked with setting up reporting on partner channels in financial companies;
• gained experience in cooperation with CPA networks , websites in the online lending niche.
