We are searching for a talented and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our client’s team. The company is a leader in the dietary supplements industry, operating in international markets across Africa, Asia, and South America. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and efficiency of affiliate programs in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual success.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the company’s reach and revenue.
- Analyze key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, ROI, etc.) and optimize campaigns to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, SEO, Finance, and Creative) to align affiliate activities with overall business goals.
- Create and present regular performance reports, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to build connections and enhance expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legal regulations and ensure compliance across affiliate partnerships.
- Continuously improve affiliate programs through data-driven decisions and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in affiliate marketing, preferably with international exposure.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROI, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, and Notion.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English is mandatory.
