KEY TASKS

< li style="font-weight: 400">Providing expert recommendations on the development and implementation of social strategies and programs that contribute to improving the well-being of communities.
• Assessing the social needs of the community for the purpose of definition key directions for the development of social programs and initiatives.
• Development and implementation of social programs aimed at meeting identified needs.
• Monitoring and evaluating the results of implemented programs, analyzing their effectiveness and providing recommendations for further improvement.
• Supporting community initiatives in the implementation of social projects, focusing on improving social well-being, development of infrastructure and services for vulnerable segments of the population.
• Providing support in the implementation of supported living services in communities, which helps to provide people in need of special social support with a stable life environment.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in social sciences, psychology, social work or related fields.
• Knowledge and experience of working with communities, understanding social needs and problems at the local level.
• Skills in monitoring, evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of programs.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders.
• High level of organizational and analytical abilities.
