We are looking for a Performance Ads Analyst to analyze niches, competitors and create hypotheses for the creative team.
What to do:
- Analyze niches and find customer competitors (for example, a client makes an HR system > find all similar HR systems)
- Completely analyze the content and advertising of competitors: what messages they use, what hooks, what formats, how many ads they run
- Work with advertising cabinets Facebook Ads Library, TikTok Ads Library, LinkedIn to find and analyze creatives
- Form hypotheses based on analysis: what works in the niche, what approaches leaders use, what trends
- Create a structured analysis and pass it on to screenwriters for writing concepts
- Collect examples of successful creatives, organize them by categories (hooks, CTA, formats)
Requirements:
- experience of working with performance advertising from 1 year (analysis of campaigns, competitors, creatives)
- understanding of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads (at least basic)
- ability to work with Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center and similar tools
- analytical thinking: ability to see patterns, highlight the main points, draw conclusions
- knowledge English at least B1 (most advertising and content in English)
- attention to details and the ability to systematize large amounts of information
Will be a plus:
- experience in launching own advertising campaigns
- knowledge of tools for analysis (SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Foreplay, etc.)
- understanding of copywriting and scripts for video advertising
