Functional duties:

  • Administrative and operational work in ServiceDesk:
    - Input of primary OS information (inventory, purchase);
    - Input of primary repair information;
    - Input of primary metrology information;
    - Control of OS movements;
    - Control of the movement of the replacement fund;
    - Forming of reports based on ServiceDesk data.
  • Control of the appointment and execution of requests in ServiceDesk by the resources of technical support engineers:
    - formation of on-site requests;
    - analysis of the priority of execution of requests;
    - control of the engineer's output within the framework of ServiceDesk requests;
    - control of the fulfillment of requests (SLA) of the CSO within the framework of ServiceDesk;
    - analysis of the availability and necessity of a replacement fund;
    - control of the return of the exchange fund.
  • Working with primary documentation of CSOs:
    - Work with Subcontracted CSOs: SLA, fines; operational clarification of the status of the equipment;
    - Control of signing additional agreements with the CSO;
    - Quality control of closing one-month services of the CSO;
    - Control of timely maintenance and metrological inspection of the equipment by the CSO.

  • Interaction with the financial control department.
